What we do for public and infrastructure work
Controlled rock drilling, blasting and rock demolition for civil and infrastructure projects: highway and road rock cuts, pipeline and utility corridors, foundation and site preparation, waterway obstruction clearing, and boulder and ledge demolition. Every shot is engineered — drill pattern, burden and spacing, charge weight per delay, and a delay sequence held inside the scaled distance limit for the nearest structure.
Site preparation
Rock excavation and grade work for building pads, structures and staging areas where mechanical methods stall in hard rock.
Road & highway rock cuts
Controlled cuts and benches along roadway alignments, including presplitting for clean, stable final faces.
Trench & pipeline corridors
Utility and pipeline trench blasting in rocky soils, sized so the material loads and hauls without secondary breaking.
Boulder & ledge demolition
Oversize reduction and obstruction removal, including non-explosive expanding grout on vibration-sensitive sites.
Waterway obstructions
Clearing rock and debris obstructions in streams and ponds with attention to what enters and leaves the water.
Blast design
Pattern design, fragmentation control, pre-blast survey and seismograph vibration monitoring where structures are close.
