About these terms

These terms govern your use of precisionblasting.biz. Work we perform for you is governed by the separate written estimate, contract or work order agreed between us, which takes precedence over anything on this website.

Information on this site is provided in good faith for general guidance. Rock conditions vary enormously from site to site, and nothing here is a quotation, a guarantee of method, or engineering advice for your specific project. Every job requires an on-site assessment.

Estimates

Estimates are provided free and are based on conditions observable at the time of assessment. Conditions discovered during the work — different rock, unexpected utilities, access changes — may affect scope and price. We will discuss any such change with you before proceeding.

Licensing

Precision Blasting, LLC is federally explosives licensed through the ATF and carries insurance. All work is performed in accordance with applicable federal, state and local regulations.

Customer responsibilities

Before excavation, you are responsible for having buried utilities located by calling 811, for confirming property boundaries, and for disclosing known site conditions, structures, wells and septic systems near the work area.

Intellectual property

All content, images and project photography on this site are the property of Precision Blasting, LLC unless otherwise noted.
